Stainless Water Tank

Septic Tank

Aqua Cube polypropylene (PP) septic tanks are designed as buried wastewater treatment units that remove suspended solids and organic matter through settlement and anaerobic digestion. Intended for residential and commercial buildings, these tanks settle 50–60% of solids within 12–24 hours, producing stabilized sludge that can be further processed as fertilizer.

Key Features

The septic tanks are made from polypropylene (PP) and are designed for long service life and straightforward maintenance. They operate as an enclosed underground system for safe wastewater storage and treatment. Their polymer construction and formed body support easy installation, buried protection, and domestic waste management.

High-Quality, Food-Grade Stainless Steel

Fully Buried Installation

These tanks are designed to be completely installed underground, protecting the treatment chamber from outdoor exposure and saving surface space.

Structurally Balanced and Reinforced Design

Wastewater Treatment Performance

The internal structure supports precipitation and anaerobic digestion, allowing 50–60% of suspended solids to settle within 12–24 hours.

Modular Panels for Easy Installation

Suitable for Domestic & Commercial Use

Intended for households and facilities such as offices, factories, schools, and churches where a small-footprint wastewater solution is required.

Lightweight, Clean, and Modern Appearance

Replacement for Traditional Cement Tanks

Made from highly-durable polypropylene (PP) material, replaces older concrete septic designs that may crack or leak due to ground movement or mechanical impact from heavy equipment.

Septic Tank Specifications

Septic tanks are supplied in multiple storage capacities designed for different household groups. All units use polypropylene (PP) material, are buried below-ground, and include assembly components such as check covers, seal rings, partition boards, screws, filter pipes, and adhesive tape.

Applications of Polypropylene (PP) Septic Tanks

These septic tanks provide underground wastewater storage and treatment for domestic and institutional locations where sanitation is required.

Residential and Mixed-Use Developments

Residential Wastewater Treatment

Used in households to collect wastewater, settle solids, and support anaerobic digestion for sanitation.

Schools and Universities

Facilities and Institutions

Suitable for offices, factories, schools, and churches that require buried sewage management.

Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities

Small Lot and Space-Limited Areas

Ideal in locations where above-ground treatment structures cannot be installed due to lot size or space restrictions.

Industrial Systems

Below-Ground Sanitation Systems

Useful for collecting and storing rainwater—especially in dense urban zones with reduced roof-to-yard space.

Fire Protection and Backup Supply

Urban and Constrained Sites

Installed underground to protect the tank from sun, temperature changes, and external contact.

Our Selection and Installation Process

These septic tanks are intended for complete underground installation and can be assembled on-site before burial, allowing space-saving placement and straightforward setup.

Design and Panel Selection

Assembly

  1. Place the septic tank divider according to the internal spacing ratio of 2:1:3, bending the elbow toward the entrance direction.
  2. Apply foam double-sided adhesive, aligning it to the screw holes (do not remove the top film layer yet).
  3. Position the top cover of the septic tank, match the screw holes, and tighten screws until there is no gap between the upper and lower covers.
  4. Open holes for the manure port and water outlet. Three reserved ports are available for selecting pipe openings.
Base and Site Preparation

Installation

  1. Excavate an open pit.
  2. Perform foundation treatment.
  3. Assemble the septic tank.
  4. Hoist the septic tank into place.
  5. Conduct layered backfill.
  6. Complete build inspection.
  7. Install the vent pipe and the inlet and outlet piping.
